Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance Commitment Therapy fosters acceptance of difficult thought and feelings, encourages commited action in a valued direction, building psychological flexibility with the aim to create rich and meaningful life, while accepting the pain that inevitably goes with it.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, aiming to improve mental well-being by changing unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviours.

Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

Compassion-Focused Therapy emphasizes the importance of compassion in interactions with the self and the world and aims to bring clients’ emotional systems into balance and promote healing through the work with experiences of inner warmth, safeness and soothing.
